Abstract

Pengembangan buku pengayaan merupakan salah satu inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Buku pengayaan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi dikembangkan atas persepsi kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru, serta ketersediaan buku pengayaan yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi kebutuhan pengembangan buku pengayaan, menyusun prinsip-prinsip buku pengayaan, menyusun prototipe buku pengayaan, dan menguji keefektifan buku pengayaan tersebut dalam skala terbatas. Muatan kearifan lokal diberikan pula guna menggugah kesadaran peserta didik untuk lebih mencintai budayanya. Muatan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal diintegrasikan dalam teks-teks yang terdapat dalam buku pengayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Langkah penelitian Borg and Gall diadaptasi menjadi tiga tahap, yakni penelitian, pengembangan, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil angket kebutuhan pengembangan buku pengayaan menurut persepsi guru dan peserta didik yang selanjutnya disusun menjadi prinsip-prinsip pengembangan buku. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut meliputi prinsip pengorganisasian isi, penyajian materi, bahasa dan keterbacaan, serta grafika. Hasil uji keefektifan yang dilakukan di kelas X-MIPA10 SMA Negeri 1 Semarang menunjukkan ada peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretes dan postes pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi yang bermuatan kearifan lokal. Uji t hitung = 11,010, sedangkan t tabel  = 2,00. Artinya t hitung > t tabel. Maka dapat dikatakan produk tersebut efektif.


The development of enrichment books are one of the innovations in learning. Enrichment book in writing a  report text of observation result was developed on the perception of the needs of learners and teachers, as well as the availability of books enrichment inadequate. The results of this study are based on the results of questionnaires enrichment guide development needs as perceived by teachers and learners which then compiled into a book development principles. Such principles include the principle of organizing the content, presentation material, language and legibility, and graphics. Effectiveness test results done in class X-MIPA10 SMAN 1 Semarang showed no increase in the average value of pretest and posttest learning to write text-laden report on the observation of local wisdom. Test t = 11.010, while t table = 2.00. This means that t> t table. So we can say the product is effective.
