Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif humanis, karakteristik tindak tutur ekspresif humanis dilihat dari tiga dimensi wacana Rymes, dan alasan penggunaan tindak tutur ekspresif humanis dalam interaksi pembelajaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Wacana Kelas. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode simak, dilanjutkan dengan teknik simak bebas libat tan cakap, rekam, dan catat. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik dasar pilah unsur penentu. Hasil penelitian, bentuk tuturan langsung bermodus imperatif cenderung lebih sering dituturkan pada aspek mengamati. Fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif humanis yang cenderung digunakan adalah mengkritik atau menyarankan. Tindak tutur ekspresif humanis memiliki karakteristik, berdasarkan teori Rymes, mempertimbangkan dan memperhatikan konteks sosial, konteks interaksional, dan individual agency.
