KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PERBANKAN SYARIAH STUDI KASUS BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI CABANG SEMARANG
Abstract
Trust becomes one of belief’s forms which is showed by human when he/she feels that he/she knows well and conclude that he/she has achieved the truth. Bank world has a tight correlation with consumer, therefore the service quality influences positively and significantly to the people’s satisfactions. This can increase people’s trust. On the other hand, people’s trust has a positive influence to their loyalty. Because of the satisfaction felt by the people to the service given by the bank employee in helping them to do the transaction needed, so the consumer choose syariah as a major alternative in saving money.
Syariah banking has more advantageous than conventional bank because it uses syariah principles in the banking operation, so that societies are easy to accept syariah banking.
