Therefore, the online learning did not run effectively since it was carried out using whatsapp application only to interact. Regarding this issue, this study aimed to improve teachers’ skills in the implementation of online learning using a google classroom platform with the ADDIE training model. Obviously, the design was an ADDIE Research and Development. Findings revealed that the google classroom training was able to improve teachers’ competency confirmed by the good validation results, namely 97% or very viable from a media expert, 94% or very viable from a material expert, and 86% of the respondents considered it very viable, so it can be concluded that the google classroom training model is effective to improve teachers’ competency. Besides, the ADDIE model can increase teachers’ performance and competency in designing interesting learning contents.
Dewi Ayu Sulistyaningrum, Hari Wibawanto, Eko Purwanti

https://journal.unnes.ac.id/sju/ujet/article/view/71257

The study is aimed to evaluate the correlation between school’s climate and achievement motivation with performance of SMA Negeri 3 Pati’s teachers. The method used in this study is quantitative method with 70 respondents of teachers that consists of 29 males and 41 females. Teachers’ performance scale arranged based on performances’ dimension, Uno and Lamatenggo’s theory. Climate’s scale based on dimension of schools’ climate, Moors and Arter’s theory, while scales of achievement motivation based on the theory of McClelland which modified by the researcher. Simple evaluation of correlation uses Pearson form, got from coefficient’s value of correlation between school’s climate and teachers’ performance equal with 0.609, while p = 0,000, Whereas Correlation Coefficient’s value of achievement motivation with Teachers’ performance equal with 0,570, while p=0,000. Whereas doubled correlation got from coefficient’s value of doubled regression, that is Rx1.2.y = 0,659 and R2 =0,435. While the result of counted F =25,776 with p=0,000. This result shows that school’s climate and achievement motivation give contribution as amount of 43,5% to teachers’ performance, 56,5% remained comes from other variables. https://journal.unnes.ac.id/sju/ujet/article/view/71258

Efforts to improve the quality of education include various pieces of training to improve teacher competence, for example by facilitating classroom administration. Therefore, schools must pay attention to teacher performance with all the effort and capital to improve these skills. This study aims to develop an automatic presence online training model and also look at increasing teacher competency in class administration automation. The research method used is the development method with the ADDIE model. The object of research is participants in automatic presence training, the majority of whom are teachers, research instruments are in the form of questionnaires, questionnaires, and interviews. Regression is used as a method of analysis. The results showed that based on the results of calculations on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, Asymp. Sig is 0.021 which means <0.05. Then the results of the post-test > pre-test. So that it can be said that the IMPE model has proven to be effective in increasing the competence of participants in automated attendance online training. These findings confirm that the IMPE-based training model can increase teacher competency in class administration automation.
Khairul Arifin, Yuli Kurniawati Sugiyo Pranoto, Farid Ahmadi
