TINGKAT KECEMASAN ATLET RENANG DI KOLAM TAMAN RIA KABUPATEN DEMAK DI MASA PANDEMI

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kecemasan atlet selam, Kecemasan atlet meliputi keadaan suasana hati yang ditandai oleh afek negatif dan gejala ketegangan jasmani, dimana seseorang mengantisipasi kemungkinan datangnya bahaya atau kemalangan di masa yang akan datang dengan perasaan khawatir Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa somatic anxiety hasilnya dengan kategori baik ada 9 atlet dan kategori sedang ada 1 atlet. Untuk cognitif anxiety menunjukkan bahwa hasilnya dengan kategori baik ada 6 atlet dan kategori sedang ada 4 atlet. Selanjutnya self confidance menunjukkan bahwa hasil dengan kategori baik ada 8 atlet dan kategori sedang ada 2 atlet. Simpulan para pelatih dan para atlet bahwa pelatihan mental efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi yang di miliki atlet. Saran latihan mental yang di susun secara sistematis dan komprehensif dapat memberikan dampak yang maksimal bagi peningkatan kepercayaan diri atlet, yang berdampak pada pengurangan rasa kecemasan pada saat bertanding.
