ANALISIS KELEMBABAN DAN TEMPERATUR PERMUKAAN DANGKAL DI DAERAH GONOHARJO
Abstract
Geothermal is natural resource which in hot water or steam formed in reservoir of Earth through water subsurface heating by hot igneous rocks. Existence of a subsurface hydrothermal system often indicated by geothermal surface manifestation, such as hot springs, mud pools, geysers and others. Mount Ungaran is one of places where geothermal surface manifestation energy is existed. There is a hot spring in this geothermal. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution of air humidity and shallow surface temperature. It is located in the Gonoharjo area, northern of Mount Ungaran. Data of air humidity and shallow surface temperature were gathered from Hygrometer and Thermocouple temperature sensor. The results show that the air humidity in Gonoharjo distributed between 74% to 95% and the shallow surface temperature in 21 °C to 41 °C. There are 3 spots in this research area that has the highest surface temperature, they are 37 °C, 38 °C, and 40 °C. They indicate the existence of geothermal that supported by the appearance of geothermal namely a hot spring.
