About the Journal

 

The Indonesian Journal of Legal Community Engagement (ISSN Print: 2654-8313 ISSN Online: 2654-8305) focuses on the intersection of law and legal and community service, with an emphasis on legal interventions aimed at addressing a variety of social problems. The journal is dedicated to disseminating the articles (research and review articles), notes and results of community service and providing a forum for discussing the latest methods and techniques in community strengthening through legal approaches. The journal's scope encompasses a wide range of legal issues in community service and empowerment, including, but not limited to, Law and Community Strengthening, Law and Society, Legal Services, and Legal Aid. We invite contributions that examine how legal frameworks and interventions contribute to solving social issues such as poverty, inequality, human rights violations, and environmental challenges within communities. The Indonesian Journal of Legal Community Engagement encourages scholarly research that explores the role of law in fostering social change, promoting justice, and supporting the resilience of communities through legal aid, dispute resolution, and community-based legal education. By providing a platform for innovative discussions and research, the journal aims to advance understanding of how legal strategies can strengthen communities and address their evolving needs.
