About the Journal

The Annual Review of Legal Studies aims to provide an in-depth, multidisciplinary annual review in the field of legal studies. The journal's scope encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in legal theory, legal practice, legal policy, and relevant legal issues globally. The primary focus of ARLS is to present critical and evaluative analyses of key topics in legal studies, including but not limited to Legal Theory, Legal Practice, Legal Policy, and Contemporary Legal Issues. The Annual Review of Legal Studies welcomes contributions in the form of review articles, research papers, essays, and book reviews that provide fresh insights and deep understanding of the complex dynamics within legal studies. The journal is intended for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers interested in expanding their knowledge and understanding of law in contemporary contexts.

The Annual Review of Legal Studies accepts manuscripts throughout the year, and there is no deadline (specific time) for receipt of manuscripts except for certain topics.
