Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

The manuscript texts are written in English. Please use the proofreading service in English language expert/native before submission. Manuscripts will be first reviewed by editorial boards. The main text of a manuscript must be submitted as a Word document (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) file. The manuscript consists of 3500-6000 words including figure, table, and bibliographical references, well-typed in single column on A4 size paper, use 12 pt of Times New Roman. The manuscript contains an original work and have potentially contribute to the highly scientific advancement.

The manuscript should contain the following section in this order:

  1. Title
    Title of articles should describe the main content of manuscripts, be informative, concise, and straightforward {12-15 words only}, does not contain formulas and it must be interesting. 
  2. The authors name
    The authors of the manuscript must consist of at least 2 author. Full name without academic degrees and titles, written in capital letters. Manuscript written by groups needs to supplemented by complete contact details.
  3. Name of affiliation for each author
    The authors name should be accompanied by complete affiliation address, postal code number, and the e-mails of the author for correspondence should be inserted.
  4. Abstract
    Write a brief text in one paragraph, containing 150-250 words, containing background (2-3 lines). Briefly explain why you are researching the topic, aims or research objectives (2-3 lines), research methodology, results, conclusion of the study, the novelty of the research, and also implication or benefit for science development/society.
  5. Keywords
    Written in English 3-5 words or phrase, written alphabetically. It represents the article content and should include words found in research database.
  6. Introduction                                                                                                                                                                        Explaining the background, problems, brief literature review from the related references, the latest international journal (last 5-10 years), relate it to the plans to be implemented, and explain the research gap of your research, explain the solution offered, the importance of research conducted, the research purposes and ended with a paragraph to explain the benefits to the science or society. A balance must be kept between the pure and applied aspects of the subject.
  7. Methods                                                                                                                                                                                          Make sure that work can be repeated according to the details provided. It contains technical information of the study presented clearly and systematically. Therefore, readers can conduct research based on the techniques presented. Materials and equipment specifications are necessary. Approaches or procedures of study together with data analysis methods must be presented at the end
  8. Results and Discussions                                                                                                                                                              Results and discussion are combined in one part. It must be containing the results of the findings to answer the research objectives. Figure and table should be clear and the description must be also concise and clear. Discussion must reveal the in-depth analysis of the obtained results it is critically and in-depth synthesis accompanied by proof of evidence related latest references. Author can use international journals that are related to the topic and are the latest (5-10 years). Discuss the research results with the research results from the journal references. Author must be explain the novelty of research, and the benefits and contribution of research for the science or society.
  9. Conclusion                                                                                                                                                                                      Conclusion should be withdrawn on the basis of research findings, formulated concerns and research purposes. Conclusion is presented in one paragraph without numerical form of expression. Explain your suggestions for future research that have not been examined in your research. 
  10. Acknowledgement                                                                                                                                                          Contributors who are not mentioned as authors should be acknowledged, and their particular contribution should be described. All sources of funding for the work must be acknowledged, both the research funder and the grant number {if applicable} should be given for each source of funds, e.g. funders of certain agencies or research assistance or language and paper editor.
  11. Author Contribution Statement                                                                                                                                         Please be able to mention all contributions from each author in your manuscript. For example: All authors contributed significantly to the work reported in this manuscript. Author A conceived and designed the study, conducted the data analysis, and led the manuscript writing. Author B was responsible for data collection, contributed to data interpretation, and critically reviewed the manuscript for important intellectual content. Author C assisted in the literature review, supported data visualization, and provided substantial feedback during the manuscript drafting process. All authors read and approved the final manuscript and agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work
  12. Informed Consent Statement.                                                                                                                                                       If your research uses humans or animals, please include this in your writing. For example: Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study. Prior to participation, each subject was provided with a detailed explanation of the study’s objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. All participants voluntarily agreed to participate and signed a written informed consent form. For participants under the age of 18, consent was also obtained from a parent or legal guardian.
  13. Conflict of Interest Statement                                                                                                                                                     This section states that each author has no personal interests or conflicts of interest. For example: The authors declare that there is no conflict of interest regarding the publication of this 
  14. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Technology.                                                                                                    The authors declare that no artificial intelligence (AI) tools were used in the generation, analysis, or writing of this manuscript. All aspects of the research, including data collection, interpretation, and manuscript preparation, were carried out entirely by the authors without the assistance of AI-based technologies.
  15. References
    Manuscripts are written by using standard citation application (Mendeley/Endnote/Zotero). APA (American Psychological Association) reference style is required. Citing an article written by two authors, both of authors should be mentioned, however, for three and more authors only the first author is mentioned followed by et al., for example: Rahayu & Sudarsono (2015), Subekti et al. (2014). A series of references should be presented in ascending date order (Retnoningsih et al., 2005; Indriyanti et al., 2007; Rahayuningsih, 2010). Different publications with the same author(s) and year will be presented separately, as follows 2013a, 2013b. References of unpublished data and personal communication should not appear in the list but should be cited in the text only (e.g., Rifai MA 2015, pers. com. (personal communication); Indriyanti DR 2014, unpublished data). In the reference list, the references should be listed in an alphabetical order. More or less 80% references for literature reviews should be the recent (up to date) journals published in the last 10 years, but the rest of 20 % references can be cited from research reports and or articles. The following is an example of order and style to be used in the manuscript:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  16. References. Manuscripts are written by using standard citation application {Mendeley/Endnote/Zotero}. APA {American Psychological Association} reference style is required. References contain at least 80% refers to the primary references / research journals and the latest sources (at least 5-10 years). the number of references is approximately 30 references.
