Abstract

France language learning is performed to establish four competencies languages, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. To develop the competence of writing, image stimulation can be used. This research is done to experiment with the method of project-based learning with silent webtoon in the course of Français Écrit Pré-Avancé. This research is an experiment that uses the One-Shot Case Study model. The variable of the research is the result of project-based learning with silent webtoon in the course of Français Écrit Pré-Avancé. Fifty-four students in the fourth semester in the French pedagogic section at UNNES have participated in this research. After the learning was performed with eight phases, the final project that students create is a webtoon series entitled “Le Coin du Monde” This series is composed of five webtoon episodes that still have the correlated story. On the other hand, the students show 82 out of 100 for the average degree in the competence of writing.
