The copyright of each article lies in the respective author and publishing rights is in the Indonesian Journal of Advocacy and Legal Services. Copyright is under license of Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Before article pbuslihed, it is required to obtain written confirmation from authors in order to ensure the originality (Statement of Originality). This statement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author(s) where applicable.
