This study aims to analyze the hydroponic cultivation system in the production of lettuce and pakcoy at CV Sandi Buana Farm, located in Gunungpati, Semarang. The company focuses on providing high-quality hydroponic vegetables free from chemical pesticides, fresh, and harvested daily after a sorting process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship period. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) interactive model, with data validity ensured through source triangulation. The results indicate that the cultivation system applies the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) method using a series pipe configuration, supported by a smart greenhouse system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology for real-time environmental monitoring. The cultivation stages include seeding on rockwool media, staged transplanting through three installations, structured nutrient management at concentrations of 400–1,000 ppm according to growth phase, and systematic harvesting and post-harvest processes. The implementation of this system is proven effective in producing high-quality, pesticide-free vegetables with competitive economic value through both direct sales and partnerships with food and beverage businesses.
