About the Journal

"NUTRIZIONE" (Nutrition Research and Development Journal) is a regular scientific journal published by the Bachelor Nutrition Study Program,  Faculty of Medicine Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), and in collaboration with the Professional Organization of PERSAGI (Persatuan Ahli Gizi Indonesia).

This journal contains the results of scientific thinking related to nutrition science and other scientific fields relevant to nutrition sciences such as sports, public health, food administration, counseling and education, food technology and formulation, and other scientific fields.

"NUTRIZIONE" (p-ISSN 2807-307X / e-ISSN 2807-5005) is published periodically three times a year, where each periodical will contain ten articles of scientific thought and research results. NUTRIZIONE already certified 5th rank (79/E/KPT/2023) from Directorate of Higher Education, Research and Technology Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and valid until 2025.
