Accessible and integrated academic information services are needed to support the effectiveness of academic services in higher educa-tion. This study aimed to analyze students’ needs for academic in-formation services as a basis for developing the Digital Academic Guide Information System for Health Administration (SIPANDU-AKES). This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 145 students of the Health Administration Study Program and analyzed using frequency distributions and percentages. The results showed that 94.4% of students stated that academic information was still scattered across various media. Meanwhile, 98.6% of students needed a single medium containing all academic information, and 100% stated that a digital academic guide would facilitate access to information. Furthermore, 98.6% of students supported the develop-ment of SIPANDU-AKES. These findings indicate a high demand for integrated, accessible, and digital-based academic information ser-vices. Therefore, SIPANDU-AKES is relevant to be developed as a sup-porting medium for improving the effectiveness of academic infor-mation services in the Health Administration Study Program.
