International authors are granted complimentary access to the APC.

We are thrilled to announce that the Rainbow: Journal of Literature, Linguistics, and Culture is embarking on a new and thrilling endeavour to expand our global presence. We have established an Article Processing Charge for all published manuscripts. 
We also extend a cordial welcome to submissions from authors worldwide and are delighted to provide a waiver of article processing charges (APC) for manuscripts with an international affiliation for the first and/or corresponding author. This policy is currently in effect and will remain in effect until further updates are made.
