Abstract
Sai Apparel Industries Semarang.

Abstract. Being a housewife who also works is a phenomenon commonly encountered today. This is done to help the family economy and as a means of self-actualization. Regardless of what the background of working women, there are consequences that must be lived. The consequence is the existence of secondshift that potentially lead to role overload. It takes a strategy to allow every activity to get all work done. Work family balance is the degree or level of achievement of balance in the role of work and family. This study aims to: 1) find out the description of the quality of time management of women workers, 2) description of work family balance of female workers, 3) to know the relation between time management quality and work family balance on married women workers at PT. Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. This research was conducted on 183 female workers of PT. Sai Apparel Industries parts production. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used two psychological scales, namely work family balance scale (30 valid aitem) and time quality management scale (26 valid items). The results of this study indicate that the description of quality management time and work family balance of female workers are in the medium category. Coefficient of correlation rxy = -0.109 with p = 0,140 (p> 0,05). These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is rejected. The rejection of the hypothesis of this study is suspected to be due to the dense working hours and sustainable working system. No matter how good the quality of time management is when most of the time has been consumed for the job it will still be difficult to manage the time for other tasks.
