PROGRAM PSIKOEDUASI BULLYING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFIKASI DIRI GURU DALAM MENANGANI BULLYING DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract
Abstrak. Fenomena bullying semakin mudah dijumpai di banyak tempat, tak terkecuali di dalam lingkungan sekolah.Hal ini semakin memprihatinkan tatkala pihak-pihak yang idealnya bisa berperan penting untuk menanggulangi atau mencegah kemunculan fenomena bullying disekolah tampak tidak paham, tidak peduli, atau pun tidak mampu melakukan tindakan yang ideal. Program Psikoedukasi bullying pada guru diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memperbaiki kondisi yang ada. Penelitan ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain The one group pretest – posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 14 orang guru di salah satu SD Negeri di daerah Gunungpati Semarang. Materi program psikoedukasi bullying pada penelitian ini mencakup definisi dan prevalensi bullying di Indonesia, bentuk-bentuk bullying, karakteristik korban, karakteristik pelaku, dampak bullying, dan penanganan bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi bullying efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi guru dalam menangani bullying (Z=-2,138;  p=0,033; p<0,05). Disarankan kegiatan psikoedukasi bullying semacam ini bisa dilaksanakan secara berkala dilokasi yang sama dan atau digandakan penyelenggaraannya di lokasi lain yang membutuhkan.

Abstract.Bullyinghas become serious problem in school. Evidence from number of studies shows that teachers has no sufficient and effective skill in handling bullying. Teachers’ self – efficacy influences effective intervention in handling bullying. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Bullying Psychoeducation Program to improve teachers’ self-efficacy in dealing with bullying. This research used quasi experimental design with the one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this research are 14 teachers in one of Elementary School in Gunungpati Semarang. The results showed that the Bullying Psychoeducation Program was effective to improve teachers’ self–efficacy in dealing with bullying (Z = -2.138; p = 0.033; p <0.05). It is suggested that such Bullying Psychoeducation Program can be carried out periodically at the same location and / or duplicated in other locations where needed.
