Vol 1, No 1 (2016): November 2016 Indonesian Journal of Criminal Law Studies

Indonesian Journal of Criminal Law Studies (IJCLS) edisi perdana, Volume 1 Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 menyajikan beberapa artikel penelitian bidang hukum dari berbagai universitas baik dalam dan luar negeri. Edisi kali ini memuat 7 (tujuh) artikel. Musa Ridho, mendiskusikan tentang Peran Kepolisian dalam Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (Eksploitasi Seksual) Melalui Media Elektronik.  Ridho menegaskan bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi berdampak pada berkembangan modus-modus baru kejahatan termasuk dalam perdagangan orang. Cahya Wulandari dan Winarsih menuliskan tentang Relevansi Yuridis Mediasi Penal dalam Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana pada Masyarakat Suku Samin.
