Implementasi Kegiatan Sebulan (Sehat Mental Tanpa Bully dan Intimidasi) sebagai Upaya Meminimalisir Aksi Bullying di SD

Penelitian ini secara umum digunakan untuk mengetahui perilaku bullying dan meminimalisir tindakan bullying di SDN Gunungpati 03. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode pelaksanaannya dengan melakukan pengarahan, memulai permainan, dan ceramah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas 4 dan 5 yang berjumlah 33 siswa, diketahui bahwa siswa tersebut tergolong ke dalam korban dan pelaku bullying di sekolah. Bullying berupa perlakuan fisik lebih besar dilakukan oleh siswa laki-laki berupa pukulan, tendangan, dan saling dorong. Sedangkan kekerasan pada siswa perempuan berupa perilaku verbal seperti mengejek, membentak, dan memberi julukan tertentu. Dampak terbanyak yang dialami oleh siswa laki-laki adalah luka fisik sedangkan perempuan adalah trauma. Untuk meminimalisir tindakan bullying dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan kegiatan SEBULAN (Sehat Mental Tanpa Bully dan Intimidasi) yang telah dijalankan oleh Tim KKN Alternatif 1 UNNES tahun 2020.

Abstract

This research is generally used to determine bullying behavior and minimize bullying at SDN Gunungpati 03. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and interviews. While the method of implementation is by giving directions, starting games, and lectures. Based on research conducted in grades 4 and 5 with a total of 33 students, it is known that these students are classified as victims and perpetrators of bullying at school. Bullying in the form of greater physical treatment was carried out by male students in the form of punches, kicks, and pushing each other. Meanwhile, violence against female students took the form of verbal behavior such as mocking, yelling, and giving certain nicknames. The most impact experienced by male students was physical injury, while the female students were traumatized. To minimize acts of bullying, this can be done by implementing the SEBULAN (Healthy Mental Without Bully and Intimidation) activities that have been carried out by the UNNES Alternative 1 KKN Team in 2020.
