Person-Centered Maternity Care sebagai Pelayanan yang Bermutu dalam Perspektif Hukum Kesehatan

Abstract

Person-Centered Maternity Care (PCMC) bertujuan untuk memberikan perawatan yang aman, efektif, berpusat pada wanita, tepat waktu, efisien, dan adil. Penelitian ini berfokus pada membahas kerangka hukum PCMC dalam peraturan perundangan di Indonesia guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan penegakan hukum terkait PCMC, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan maternal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan beberapa peraturan perundangan terkait pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. PCMC sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan di Indonesia karena sesuai dengan amanah undang-undang bahwa upaya pelayanan kesehatan maternal harus berasaskan perikemanusiaan, keseimbangan, manfaat, pelindungan, penghormatan terhadap hak dan kewajiban, keadilan, gender dan non-diskriminatif.
