Efektivitas Pelatihan bagi Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan dengan melakukan analisis pengaruh tingkat reaksi, tingkat pembelajaran dan tingkat perubahan perilaku pasca pelatihan terhadap tingkat kinerja, bagi pegawai Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga Semarang. Sampel 54 orang pegawai yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga variabel independen (tingkat reaksi, tingkat pembelajaran, tingkat perubahan perilaku) yang diduga mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja pegawai sesudah mengikuti pelatihan ternyata secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan, walaupun hanya tingkat perubahan perilaku yang signifikan. Hal tersebut  mengisyaratkan bahwa pelatihan yang selama ini diadakan mampu mengubah perilaku, sehingga tingkat kinerjanya meningkat. Untuk itu disarankan bahwa Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga Semarang harus lebih teliti dalam memilih peserta pelatihan sehinga pelatihan yang diadakan menjadi lebih efektif.

The Study is aimed to investigate training effectiveness which has been done by doing analysis of reaction level, learning level, and behaviour change after training. Samples are taken from 54 employee of Bina Marga Directorate General Semarang branch. Multiple regression is used to analyse the data. The result found three independent variables, they are: reaction level, learning level, dan behaviour change level, which are predicted affecting employee performance level after training. It shows that behaviour change is the only variable that is affected simultaniously. In addition, the training is able to change behaviour of the partisipant in order to increase performance level. This study suggests General Directorate Bina Marga Semarang has to be more prudence of choosing participant to gain more effective results.
