Mokhamad Anwar is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. He received his Ph.D in Finance from School of Management (Now: School of Business) University of Leicester UK, M.Sc in Finance from Universitas Indonesia, and Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec.) from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. He is now appointed as Head of Master of Management (MM) Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. He has published in some referred journals i.e. Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, International Journal of Emerging Markets, The Social Science Journal, Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, etc.

Sulaeman Rahman Nidar is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Doctorate Program Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, and Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec) from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Sunu Widianto is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management at the Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Twente Universiteit, M.Sc. in Human Resources Management and Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
