This journal was first published in 2015 by the Department of Nonformal Education Faculty of Education University of Semarang in the year 2016 in August functioned its management function in the Study Program in Non-formal Education Graduate Program Universitas Negeri Semarang. In other words from the management of Nonformal Education Program S1 switch to the Study Program in Nonformal Education S2. Formerly the name Nonformal Education (PNF) is Out of School Education (PLS) which in 2015 since the issuance of new nomenclatures then Education Out of School changed the name of Nonformal Education.
