Identifikasi Kemampuan Guru Sebagai Guru Penggerak di Karesidenan Semarang
Abstract
Di awal masa kedudukan kementerian, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengemukakan ide tentang Guru Penggerak dan Merdeka Belajar. Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sebagai LPTK menangkap ide bahwa kedepan, mahasiswa calon guru, harus mampu menjadi Guru Penggerak yang mampu mendorong kemerdekaan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang mendorong guru menjadi penggerak, serta yang menyebabkan siswa merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengedepankan pendekatan survey lapangan, wawancara, dan pengamatan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, triangulasi data, dan sintesa data untuk menguatkan simpulan yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pemimpin mampu menggerakkan komunitas. Guru terampil memiliki kompetensi profesional yang cukup lengkap. Guru Inspirator memiliki pengalaman dalam berbagai aktifitas pembelajaran.
At the beginning of the ministry's tenure, the Minister of Education and Culture put forward the idea of Driving Teachers and Free Learning. Semarang State University (UNNES) as the LPTK captures the idea that in the future, student teacher candidates must be able to become Driving Teachers who are able to encourage student learning independence. This study aims to identify the elements that encourage teachers to become movers, as well as those that cause students to learn freedom. This research is a qualitative research that puts forward a field survey approach, interviews, and observations as data collection methods. Data analysis used data reduction, data triangulation, and data synthesis to strengthen the conclusions obtained. The results showed that the leader teacher was able to move the community.
