PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) mengelola pendidikan kesetaraan yang salah satu kompetensi lulusannya mampu mengelola kewirausahaan, yang berhasil memasarkan produk wirausaha dengan omzet tinggi. Analisis permasalahan mitra adalah tutor pendidikan kewirausahaan pada PKBM Mutiara Indonesia tidak memiliki keterampilan memasarkan produk usaha dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital, agar omzet penjualan produk tinggi. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai solusinya adalah program pelatihan digital marketing bagi tutor kesetaraan. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan tutor pendidikan kesetaraan menggunakan digital marketing sehingga dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan produk. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara kaji tindak, yakni FGD (Focus Group Discussion), workshop (latihan praktik) digital marketing yang dilaksanakan melalui tatap muka dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan diawali dengan menyusun perencanaan, implementasikan dengan pemberian motivasi, diskusi terfokus, praktik dan pendampingan, dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan evaluasi dan penguatan. Hasil pengabdian adalah tutor Pendidikan kesetaraan Kejar Paket C PKBM sebagai pendidik mata pelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pemahaman pengetahuan digital marketing menjadi sebuah kekuatan dalam teknik pemasaran dan dapat memiliki keterampilan mempraktikkan pemasaran digital melalui akun media instagram, face book, web dan market place shopee, dengan kualifikasi kategori terbanyak pada kriteria baik.

Abstract

PKBM (Center for Community Learning Activities) manages equality education in which one of the competency graduates is able to manage entrepreneurship, which successfully markets entrepreneurial products with high turnover. Analysis of partner problems is that entrepreneurship education tutors at PKBM Mutiara Indonesia do not have the skills to market business products by utilizing advances in digital technology, so that product sales turnover is high. Therefore, the community service program as a solution is a digital marketing training program for equality tutors. The purpose of the service is to increase the knowledge competence and skills of equality education tutors using digital marketing so that they can increase product sales turnover. The method of implementing community service is carried out by means of follow-up studies, namely FGD (Focus Group Discussion), digital marketing workshops (practical training) which are carried out face-to-face while still adhering to health protocols. Activities begin with planning, implementation by providing motivation, focused discussions, practice and mentoring, and ends with evaluation and strengthening activities. The result of the dedication is that Equality Education Kejar Paket C PKBM tutors as educators of entrepreneurship education subjects have an understanding of digital marketing knowledge to become a strength in marketing techniques and can have the skills to practice digital marketing through Instagram media accounts, Facebook, web and marketplace marketplace, with qualifications the most category on good criteria.
