PERAN GURU DALAM UPAYA PENANAMAN NILAI KARAKTER RELIGIUS TERHADAP SISWA
Studi Kasus Kelas XI Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 Di SMA N 1 Subah
Abstract
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam penanaman nilai karakter religius terhadap siswa di SMA N 1 Subah yang turut menghambat atau mendukung terciptanya penanaman nilai karakter religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Peranan guru dalam menanamkan sikap nilai karakter religius dengan memberikan pengertiankepada siswa dengan memberikan contoh sikap terbuka seperti contoh tindakan keteladanan melalui kegiatan keagamaan dari sikap taat ibadah (2) Faktor yang menghambat yaitu terbatasnya waktu untuk membimbing dan mengawasi anak di sekolah, siswa masih mempunyai sifat yang labil dan mudah terpengaruh lingkungan sekitar. (3) Hambatan yang dirasakan guru berasal dari diri siswa itu sendiri terlihat bahwa siswa sulit menanamkan kejujuran dan tanggung jawab.
This article aims to determine the role of teachers in planting the value of religious characters to students in SMA N 1 Subah that also inhibits or supports the creation of religious values of values. This research uses qualitative method with case study research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study found that (1) The role of the teacher in instilling the attitude of the value of religious character by providing understanding to students by giving examples of open attitudes such as examples of exemplary actions through religious activities of observance of worship (2) The inhibiting factors are limited time to guide and supervise children in school, students still have unstable and easily affected by the surrounding environment. (3) The perceived obstacles of the teacher come from the students themselves, it is seen that students are difficult to instill honesty and responsibility.
