Abstract
The purpose of this study was to design a fuel system props of Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI Supra 125) so that learning is more effective in the delivery of material and to determine the increase in student learning outcomes. The design of this study used the design of (quasi) experiments before and after. Samples of this study were students of Mechanical Engineering Education (Semester V) who are taking the courses of motorcycles and small motor Department of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Semarang which consists of 49 students. The results of data analysis found that there was an increase in the fuel system studied before and after the use of props in the course of motorcycles and small motor. With the average value before using props at 44.22 and the average value after using props for 71.55. It can be concluded that the design of visual aids that have been made to resemble the real situation makes students more motivated to follow the teaching, so the use of props has been running well and managed to increase the average value of 27.33 or 61.80%.
