Abstract
Problems that were outlined in this paper is about the implementation of Cooperative Learning Teams Type Assisted Individualization (TAI) with the use of Macromedia Flash to Improve Learning Outcomes Competency Cooling System Services. This study used an experimental method type control group pretest-posttest. The population of this study were all students of class XI TKR Japara SMK Negeri 1 Academic Year 2012/2013, amounting to 88 students. The study was conducted in two classes taken by random sample obtained by the students of class XI lottery TKR A number of 29 students as the experimental class and B class XI TKR number of 29 students as the control classes. The results of data analysis showed that the control class have increased an average of 23.44 and in the experimental class has increased an average of 28.87 is greater than the grade controls. Based on the results of t-test showed that the cooling system service learning competencies of the experimental group and the control group at pre-test result is no significant difference. While the results of the cooling system service learning competencies of the experimental group and the control group at post-test result there is a significant increase. So it can be said that there is an increase in the competency learning outcomes servicing the cooling system after the implementation of cooperative learning with the use of TAI type of Macromedia Flash at 27.59%. To the teachers are advised to apply the type of cooperative learning with the use of Macromedia Flash TAI in schools, because it proved to be effective in improving student learning outcomes.
