Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa yang signifikan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran video interaktif engine tune-up EFI lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran sebelumnya dan apakah video interaktif engine tune-up EFI efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada proses pembelajaran kompetensi service engine dan komponen-komponennya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pola Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 87 siswa dari tiga kelas XI TKR di SMK Negeri 4 Semarang yang menempuh kompetensi service engine dan komponen-komponennya. Sampel penelitian dengan metode random, sebanyak 29 siswa kelas XI TKR 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 29 siswa kelas XI TKR 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode observasi keaktifan siswa, metode tes praktik dengan check list, analisa data menggunakan statistik deskripsi dan uji t.Hasil studi kompetensi service engine dan komponen-komponennya (Engine Tune-Up EFI) dengan menggunakan video interaktif lebih baik dan proses pembelajaran lebih cepat. Dengan demikian pembelajaran video interaktif efektif digunakan pada proses pembelajaran kompetensi service engine dan komponen-komponennya (Engine Tune-Up EFI).

The goal of research was to identify whether student learning outcomes significantly by using interactive learning media video EFI engine tune-up is better than the previous use of instructional media. This study used an experimental method with pre-test pattern Post-test Control Group Design. Populasipenelitian numbering 87 students from three classes XI TKR in SMK Negeri 4 Semarang who took competencies service engine and its components. Study sample with random method, as many as 29 students of class XI TKR 3 as the experimental class and 29 students of class XI TKR 2 as the control class. Data collection using the documentation, observation methods student activity, practice test method with check lists, analyzing data using statistical descriptions and competency testing study t.Hasil service engine and its components (Engine Tune-Up EFI) using interactive video better and the learning process faster. Thus the effective use of learning interactive video on learning competencies service engine and its components (Engine Tune-Up EFI).
