Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi panjang intake manifold terhadap performa mesin dan konsumsi bahan bakar dengan engine type K03, menggunakan bahan bakar pertamax dengan oktan 92. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dan analisis data deskriptif. Pengujian daya, torsi dan konsumsi bahan bakar pada setiap variasi intake manifold dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali pada setiap putaran mesin (RPM). Variasi yang digunakan intake manifold standar IM1 (110°/98), intake manifold IM2 (110°/88), intake manifold IM3 (110°/108), dan intake manifold IM4 (110°/118) serta bahan bakar pertamax. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengujian menggunakan intake manifold IM2 memperoleh hasil daya tertinggi sebesar 7,2 HP Pada putaran 6000 rpm, untuk hasil torsi tertinggi dihasilkan intake manifold IM2 dengan hasil sebesar 9,60 N.m pada putaran mesin 5000 rpm. Konsumsi bahan bakar terendah dihasilkan menggunakan intake manifold IM2 dengan hasil sebesar 0,30 liter pada putaran 3000 rpm.
