MODEL PENERIMAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MELALUI E-TRAINING BERBASIS MEDIA SOSIAL PADA GURU SMK

Abstract

Saat ini, e-training banyak dilakukan dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia karena memiliki kelebihan. Namun, terdapat hambatan dalam penerapannya di dunia pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan supervisi akademik melalui e-training berbasis media sosial pada guru SMK serta untuk mengetahui aplikasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dari persepsi resiko terhadap ekspektasi kinerja. Di samping itu juga faktor sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, ekspektasi usaha dan interaktivitas sistem terhadap minat pemanfaatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan pengaruh signifikan adalah interaktivitas sistem terhadap ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi kinerja terhadap minat pemanfaatan, kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap ekspektasi usaha, persepsi resiko terhadap minat pemanfaatan, faktor sosial terhadap ekspektasi kinerja, interaktivitas sistem terhadap ekspektasi usaha dan persepsi resiko terhadap ekspektasi usaha. Saran penelitian ini adalah supervisi akademik melalui e-training berbasis media sosial dapat diterapkan bila interaktivitas sistem didesain dengan bagus sehingga mampu menjadikan proses pelaksanaannya berlangsung dua arah dan komunikasi antar guru dapat dilakukan.

 

E - training is mostly applied in the human resources development because it has advantages. However, there are obstacles in the application of information technology including social media in education. Research has been conducted by researchers to determine factors that influence technology acceptance. The study of social media based e-training for teachers acceptance, especially in Kebumen has yet conducted. The purpose of this study are to determine the factors influenced to Behavioral Intention of academic supervision. In addition to understand the academic supervision application trough social, especially on media based e-training. The results of study were coefficients show significant influence of system interactivity to performance expectancy, performance expectancy to behavioral intention, facilitating condition to effort expectancy, perceived risk to behavioral intention, social influence to performance expectancy, system interactivity to effort expectancy and the last is perceived risk to the effort expectancy. This study suggest is that the academic supervision trough social media based e-training will be applicable when interactivity academic supervision system is designed well to make the implementation process and ongoing two-way communication between the teacher can be done.
