DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI ISO 9001:2000 DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI LPMP JAWA TENGAH STUDI PERSEPSI PADA PEGAWAI LPMP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari ISO 9001:2000 yang diimplementasikan dengan kinerja persepsi karyawan di LPMP, Jawa Tengah dan dampak dari ISO 9001: 2000 yang dilaksanakan dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja di pekerja persepsi di LPMP, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja dari LPMP di Jawa Tengah sebanyak 62 orang dengan instrumen kuesioner tertutup yang diuji terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data akan dilakukan analisa deskriptif, pengujian bersyarat untuk mengetahui tingkat normalitas dan linearitas data juga hipotesis pengujian penelitian. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesamaan kondisi setiap variabel penelitian berada dalam kondisi baik dan semua hipotesis penelitian terbukti. Dampak dari variabel pekerja persepsi dalam pelaksanaan ISO 9001: 2000 untuk pekerja kinerja adalah 0,585 (58,5%), budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah 0.511 (51,1%) dan bersama-sama dari persepsi terhadap implementasi ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya organisasi untuk kinerja pekerja adalah 77,5%. Saran dari penelitian ini, pemimpin harus mendorong karyawan untuk menerapkan ISO 9001: 2000 lebih bertanggung jawab, fasilitas pendukung harus diberikan, para pekerja harus memiliki kesadaran, meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pekerja; dan mengevaluasi keberhasilan organisasi.

This research is aimed at knowing and analyzing the influnce of ISO 9001:2000 which is implemented to the performance of workers’ perception in LPMP , Central Java and the impact of ISO 9001 : 2000 which is implemented and the culture of organization to the performance in the workers’ perception in LPMP , Central Java. The research employed quantitative approach in non-experimental design. The sample of this research is the workers of LPMP in Central Java as many as 62 people with the instrument of closed questionnaire which is tested firstly to know the validity and the reliability. The method of analyzing the data will be descriptive analysis, conditional testing to know the normality level and the linearity of the data also hypothesis testing of the research. The research found that in common the condition of each variable of the research is in the good condition and all research hypotheses are proven. The impacts of the variable of workers’ perception in the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2000 to the workers’ performance is 0,585 (58,5%), the organization culture to the teachers’ performance is 0,511 (51,1%) and all together from workers’ perception to the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and the organization culture to the workers’ performance is 77,5%. The suggestion of this research will be that leader should encourage the workers to conduct ISO 9001: 2000 more responsibly, the supporting facility must be given, the workers must have self – awareness, improve understanding and workers’ skills; and evaluating the success of the organization.
