PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS KD ATMOSFER HIDROSFER MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PETA PIKIRAN DENGAN YEL-YEL

Abstract

Mind map is a way to express things well thought through a note that describes the relationships between words, color, and images so that the material can be understood and remembered. The research method used was the research action class (classroom action research), research design used was the model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart, which includes four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results of the study showed that the use of model learning mind map with “yell-yell†at KD the atmosphere hydrosphere can increase the activity and results of the learning learners classes VII-C SMP Negeri Purworejo years lessons 2013/2014.

Peta pikiran merupakan suatu cara untuk mengungkapkan hal yang dipikirkan melalui suatu catatan yang menggambarkan hubungan antar kata, warna, dan gambar sehingga materi dapat dipahami dan diingat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart, yang mencakup empat langkah yaitu perencanaan (planning), aksi (action), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penggunaan model pembelajaran peta pikiran dengan yel-yel pada KD atmosfer hidrosfer dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII-C SMP Negeri Purworejo tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.
