PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI PROSES PERSIAPAN KEMERDEKAAN INDONESIA MELALUI KOLABORASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION DAN TIME TOKEN (KELAS VIII A SMP NEGERI 3 PEKALONGAN)

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes and student motivation through collaborative learning model Student Achievement Division Team and Time Token. Based on the research results can be concluded after the learning model implemented behavioral changes learned from the aspect of liveliness, spirit, creative, independent and responsibilities which to measure the increase motivation to learn as well as an increase learning outcomes characterized by changes in the average value of student learning outcomes. Results Cycle 1 scored an average of 78.17 but the thoroughness of a new class achieving 75% and cycle 2 obtain the average value of 83.83 with 86.11% grade completeness. This shows an increase in the average value of the initial conditions to cycle 1 at 7.14 and from cycle 1 to cycle 2 of 5.67 and has achieved mastery class.

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatan hasil belajar, dan motivasi siswa melalui kolaborasi model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division dan Time Token. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan setelah dilaksanakan model pembelajaran tersebut terjadi perubahan perilaku belajar dari aspek keaktifan, semangat, kreatif, mandiri dan tanggungjawab yang menjadi ukuran peningkatan motivasi belajar serta terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang ditandai dengan terjadinya perubahan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Hasil siklus 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,17 tetapi ketuntasan kelas baru mencapai 75% dan siklus 2 memperoleh nilai rata-rata 83,83 dengan ketuntasan kelas 86,11%. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari kondisi awal ke siklus 1sebesar 7,14 dan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebesar 5,67 dan telah tercapai ketuntasan kelas.
