Abstract


This research is motivated poor learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade students Bintoro 01 Demak in social studies material natural resources and economic activities. The research was conducted in the fourth grade totaling 30 students by using technique that "sampling saturated". The study design used is one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the analysis of data obtained posttest normality final stage L0 = 0.325 < Ltabel = 0.882, H0 is accepted and the data came from a normal distribution. Further calculation t test for learning outcomes obtained t = 8.77 > t table = 1.699. Then H0 is accepted. This means that the learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth graders Bintoro 01 Demak reached KKM 70 and the calculation results of classical learning completeness reached 86.66%. The conclusion that the Model STAD Assisted Media Snakes and Ladders effective the learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade students Bintoro 01 Demak and completeness indicators of student learning in the classroom as much as 75% can be achieved.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bintoro 01 Demak pada mata pelajaran IPS materi sumber daya alam dan kegiatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelas IV berjumlah 30 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu “sampling jenuhâ€. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data normalitas tahap akhir posttest diperoleh L0 = 0,325 < Ltabel = 0,882 maka H0 diterima dan data berasal dari distribusi normal. Selanjutnya perhitungan uji t terhadap hasil belajar diperoleh t hitung = 8,77 > t tabel = 1,699. Maka H0 diterima. Hal ini berarti hasil belajar IPS Siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bintoro 01 Demak mencapai KKM 70 dan hasil perhitungan ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 86,66 %. Kesimpulannya bahwa Model STAD Berbantu Media Ular Tangga efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bintoro 01 Demak dan indikator ketuntasan belajar siswa di kelas sebesar 75% dapat tercapai.
