DETERMINAN SOSIAL DAN PERILAKU IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DENGAN PENCEGAHAN COVID-19
Abstract
ABSTRAKPuskesmas Ngadirejo memiliki kasus ibu hamil positif COVID-19 sebanyak 30 dengan 9 kasus terjadi pada Ibu hamil TM III. CDC mengatakan COVID-19 akan mengakibatkan keparahan apabila menyerang wanita hamil menjelang akhir kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui determinan sosial dan perilaku Ibu hamil TM III dengan Pencegahan COVID-19 di Puskesmas Ngadirejo, Kabupaten Temanggung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional selama Oktober-Desember 2021. Sampel minimal penelitian sebanyak 53 responden, diambil dengan Simple Random Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square, dan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov.
Variabel yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan COVID-19 yaitu tingkat pendidikan (P (0,0001)), tingkat pengetahuan (P (0,0001)), persepsi kerentanan (P (0,0001)), persepsi keseriusan (P (0,0001)), persepsi hambatan (P (0,0001)), dan dukungan suami (P (0,001)) serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana (P (0,0001)). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 yaitu usia (P (1,00)), persepsi manfaat (P (0,512)) dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (P (0,160)).
Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat Pendidikan, tingkat pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keseriusan, persepsi hambatan, dukungan suamiserta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dengan pencegahan COVID-19 pada Ibu Hamil TM III.
ABSTRACT
In the Ngadirejo Primary Health Center, there were 30 cases of COVID-19 with 9 cases occurring in third trimester of pregnant women. The CDC says that COVID-19 was very dangerous especially for pregnant woman ahead of birth. The study aims to determine the social determinants and behavior of pregnant woman in third trimester with Precaution Behavior of COVID-19 at the Ngadirejo Primary Health Center, Temanggung Regency.
Type of research is using cross sectional design during October-December 2021. The minimum sample is 53 people taken by Simple Random Sampling techniques. Data analyzed using Chi Square and uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.
Variables related to COVID-19 precaution behavior in this study are education level (P (0,0001)), knowledge (P (0,0001)), perceived susceptibility (P (0,0001)), perceived severity (P (0,0001)), perceived barriers (P (0,0001)), support from her husband (P (0,001)), and the availability of facilities (P (0,0001)). Variables not related to COVID-19 prevention behavior are age (P (1,00)), perceived benefit (P (0,512)) and health support (P (0,160)).
It can be concluded that variable education level, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived barriers, support from her husband, and the availability of facilities related with COVID-19 precaution behavior in third trimester of pregnant women.
