Focus and Scope

Chie: Journal of Japanese language education and Japanese language related is an invaluable peer-reviewed journal covering the latest research and fresh ideas about Japanese language, literature, culture and its teaching and learning, which have never been published before. Peer review process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer reviewed at least 2(two) reviewers who will either be members of the editorial board or others of similar standing in the field. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process. Language used in journal is English or Indonesia.

The paper submitted in the journal must be original, unpublished work, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Every paper submitted will be scanned for plagiarism before it is sent to the reviewer. Editors check the plagiarism detection of manuscripts in this journal by using a Turnitin software.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. Non-commercial use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited.

The authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to CHIE: Journal of Japanese Learning and Teaching and department of Japanese Language Education Semarang State University as publisher of the journal.
