Indonesian Journal of Pancasila and Global Constitutionalism (ISSN Print: 2830-0629 ISSN Online: 2830-0610) is an open access a double blind peer reviewed journal published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang and managed by Pancasila and Constitution Studies Center, Center for Legal Drafting and Law Student Debating Community. Pancasila is an important issue in the Indonesian and the global context. This Journal aims to be a forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students in the study of Pancasila and Global Constitutionalism, including in the study of the world's major ideologies. The Journal offers an interdisciplinary space for addressing the foundations, limitations and contestations of the principles and norms of political order and their dynamics over time on a global scale. The Journal publishes cutting-edge peer-reviewed work which refers to and advances global constitutionalism and study of Pancasila as an interdisciplinary field. Submissions are invited from a broad range of disciplines including International Law, Political Science, International Relations, Comparative Constitutional Law, Comparative Politics, Political Theory and Philosophy including the comparative analysis of Pancasila practices and another national ideologies in the global perspective.
