Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar yang dilaksanakan pada sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia bukan hanya memberikan dampak kepada sekolah yang ditempati tetapi juga dirasakan oleh mahasiswa peserta program tersebut. Salah satu dampak program kampus mengajar adalah meningkatnya kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa peserta program kampus mengajar. Tidak semua mahasiswa peserta kampus mengajar merupakan mahasiswa pendidikan sehingga menarik dikaji apakah mahasiswa mendapat keterampilan baru dalam program tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perolehan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa dalam implementasi kampus mengajar yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Kerso, Kedung, Kab. Jepara. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode studi kasus sebagai desain penelitian. Pendekakatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa peserta Kampus Mengajar di SDN Kerso, Kedung, Kab. Jepara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan kampus mengajar, mahasiswa mendapatkan kemampuan baru atau menguatkan kemampuan yang sudah ada yaitu kompetensi pedagogik. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian, para mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilam mengajar, kesiapan mengajar, peningkatan keterampilan mengajar, keterampilan mengevaluasi pembelajaran, dan kemampuan berbicara.


The Teaching Campus Program implemented in Indonesian schools not only has an impact on the schools occupied but also felt by the students participating in the program. One of the impacts of the teaching campus program is the improvement of pedagogic competence of students participating in the teaching campus program. Not all students participating in teaching campuses are education students so it is interesting to study whether students gain new skills in the program. This article aims to describe the acquisition of student pedagogic competence in the implementation of teaching campus held at SDN 1 Kerso, Kedung, Jepara Regency. The research was carried out using the case study method as the research design. The research approach used was qualitative with research subjects participating in the Teaching Campus at SDN Kerso, Kedung, Kab. Jepara. The results of the study reveal that after participating in teaching campus activities, students gained new abilities or strengthened the existing abilities, namely pedagogic competence. Based on the results of the research, students can develop teaching skills, teaching readiness, improving teaching skills, learning evaluation skills, and speaking skills.
