Abstract

This study aims to describe children's literacy learning, skills acquired by children,
supporting factors and inhibiting. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data
collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data
validity technique used triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis techniques
used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The
results showed that integrated children's literacy learning life skills was not only at the
Bergas Lor. The learning includes several components including purpose, learning
materials / materials, learning activities, methods, tools, learning resources and
evaluation. Life skills obtained by children have good communication, are more able to
express themselves both in oral and written, are more confident in speaking in public,
have writing skills, it is proven that the child has published his writing, namely
anthology books. Supporting factors for competent educators, large number of reading
sources, and extensive managerial relationships. Inhibiting factors for adjusting difficult
time, literacy has not become something that is attractive to children, children's moods
arechanging, less long learning times, and inadequate infrastructure.
