Implementasi Prinsip-prinsip Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa pada Program Kesetaraan Paket C di SKB Kabupaten Serang
Abstract
This study aims to describe the principles of adult learning and supporting and
inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Package C equivalence program
at SKB Serang Regency. The subjects in this study were all students of Package
C at SKB Serang Regency in the 2016/2017 academic year. The objects in this
study are all subjects using the nine principles of adult learning RAMP 2 Fame.
The instruments used in data collection in this study were observation and
interview instruments. The results in the study show that the RAMP 2 FAME
principle (R = Recency; A = Appropriateness; M = Motivation; P = Primacy; 2
= 2–Way Communication; F = Feedback; A = Active Learning; M = MultiSense Learning; and E=Excercise) has been applied to adult learning in the
Package C equivalence program at SKB Serang Regency. The application of
these 9 principles provides great benefits in the learning process for students and
in the teaching process for tutors.
