SURVEY DAMPAK LATIHAN OLAHRAGA YANG DILAKUKAN PARA PENDERITA PASCA STROKE DI RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak latihan olahraga yang dilakukan para penderita pasca stroke di rumah sakit se-kabupaten Pati. Penelitian dilaksanakan ditempat fisioterapi Keluarga Sehat Hospital Pati dan RSUD Soewondo Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan keseluruhan berjumlah 30 pasien pasca penderita stroke. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan dampak latihan olahraga yang digunakan pada pasien penderita pasca stroke. Varibel latihan olahraga terdapat unsur kesungguhan latihan dan unsur intensitas latihan. variabel dampak ke penyembuhan penderita stroke terdapat efek psikis dan peningkatan yang didapat akibat latihan olahraga. Dengan hasil pengolahan data dari program SPSS, koefisien korelasi kesungguhan latihan dengan efek psikis adalah 0,513 dan p; 0,004, koefisien korelasi kesungguhan latihan dengan peningkatan didapat adalah 0,251 dan p; 0,182, koefisien korelasi intensitas latihan dengan efek psikis adalah 0,248 dan p; 0,187, dan koefisien korelasi intensitas latihan dengan peningkatan didapat adalah 0,246 dan p; 0,190. Para penderita pasca stroke lebih bersemangat dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam memperoleh penyembuhan melalui program latihan olahraga.

This study aims to determine impact exercise that is performed post stroke patients in the all hospital district Pati. The study which held in place physiotherapy Keluarga Sehat Hospital Pati and General Hospital Soewondo Pati. This research is a quantitative study. The samples used were 30 patients post stroke. Data collection techniques performed in this study using a questionnaire, interview and documentation. Analysis using bivariate product moment correlation. The results showed the impact of exercise used in patients with post stroke. There is an element of variable exercise training seriousness and intensity of the exercise element. variable impact on stroke survivors healing and psychic effects are obtained as a result of an increase in exercise training. With the results of the data processing program SPSS, correlation coefficient seriousness psychological effects of exercise with is 0,513 and p; 0,004, with a correlation coefficient of seriousness exercise enhancement obtained was 0,251 and p; 0,182, the correlation coefficient with the psychological effects of exercise intensity was 0,248 and p; 0,187, and the correlation coefficient with the exercise intensity improvement obtained is 0,246 and p; 0,190. The post stroke patients is more eager and sincere in obtaining healing through exercise programs.
