MINAT SISWA TERHADAP OLAHRAGA BOLA BASKET DI SMP N 1 JATI KUDUS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat siswa terhadap olahraga bola basket dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa terhadap olahraga bola basket di SMP N 1 Jati Kabupaten Kudus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dan data yang digunakan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMP N I Jati Kabupaten Kudus. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP N I Jati Kudus dengan jumlah 200 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner. Dalam instrumen tersebut terdapat tiga variabel yang diteliti yaitu: 1). Faktor dari dalam; 2). Faktor Lingkungan Sosial; dan 3). Faktor Emosi. Sebelum angket atau kuesioner disebarkan ke siswa, angket atau kuesioner tersebut telah diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu ke 20 siswa SMP N I Jati Kudus secara acak. Tujuan utama dari uji coba tersebut yaitu untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas dari angket tersebut. Dari ke-26 soal yang diuji cobakan seluruh soal dinyatakan valid dan semua soal dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa minat siswa SMP N I Jati Kudus terhadap olahraga bola basket sebagai berikut: 1). Faktor dari dalam minat siswa dengan prosentase 78.60%; 2). Faktor Lingkungan Sosial minat siswa dengan prosentase 80.50%; 3). Faktor Emosi minat siswa dengan prosentase 77.13%  dan rata-rata minat mencapai 78.73%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa olahraga bola basket sebagai salah satu cabang olahraga permainan yang diminati. Sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh penulis menganjurkan untuk pelatih atau guru olahraga untuk memperhatikan indikator adanya kerjasama, dan sarana & fasilitas olahraga bola basket karena faktor tersebut memberi sumbangan yang besar terhadap minat siswa SMP N I Jati Kudus pada olahraga bola basket agar lebih banyak siswa termotivasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket yang akan diadakan.

This study aims to determine how much students 'interest towards the sport of basketball and the factors that influence students' interest towards the sport of basketball in SMP N 1 Jati Kudus. The method used is the surey method and data used is using questionnaires. The population in this study are all students of 1 Jati junior high school Kabupaten Kudus. The samples in this study uses random sampling technique. As the samples in this study were 1 Jati junior high school students the number of 200 students. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. In these instruments there are three variables studied were: 1). The inner urge Factors; 2). Social Environmental Factors; and 3). Emotional factors. Before the questionnaire distributed to the students, the questionnaire has been tested prior to 20 1 Jati junior high school students were randomly. The primary objective of the trial is to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Of the 26 questions that tested the whole matter is valid and reliable declared all about. The results of this study indicate that the interests of students of 1 Jati Kudus junior high school against basketball as follows: 1). Factor of inner urge interest of students with a precentage of78.60% percent; 2). Social Environmental Factors interests of students with a percentage of 80.50%; 3). Emotional factors with the student's interest 77.13% and the percentage of average interest reaches 78.73%. Based on the results of these studies showed that the sport of basketball as one of the sport's favorite games. In accordance with the results obtained by the authors advocate for coaches or PE teachers to pay attention to indicators of collaboration, and the means and facilities of basketball because of these factors contribute greatly to the interest of students 1 Jati Kudus junior high school to the sport of basketball so that more students are motivated to follow the basketball extracurricular activities to be held.
