PERBEDAAN LATIHAN DUMBBELL KICKBACKS DENGAN LATIHAN ONE ARM OVERHEAD DUMBBELL EXTENSIONS TERHADAP KEMAMPUANBACKHAND LOB BULUTANGKIS
Abstract
Latihan dumbbell kickbacks dan latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions adalah variasi latihan beban yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan.Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah 1) apakah ada perbedaan antara latihan dumbbell kickbacks dan latihan one arm-overhead dumbbell extensions terhadap kemampuan backhand lob?, 2) manakah yang lebih baik antara latihan dumbbell kickbacks dengan latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions terhadap kemampuan backhand lob?.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen.Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pemain PB Sehat Semarang dengan sampel 12 pemain tingkat pemula.Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Metode analisis data menggunakan uji t-test. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini ada 2 macam yaitu latihan dumbbell kickbacks dan latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions sebagai variabel bebas dan untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu kemampuan backhand lob.Penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata hasil post test kemampuan backhand lob dari kelompok latihan dumbbell kickbacks dengan nilai 31,83 termasuk kategori nilai baik dan kelompok latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions dengan nilai 30 termasuk kategori nilai baik menghasilkan nilai t hitung = 2,602, artinya t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,602 > 2,571 dengan α = 5% dan dk 5. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara data post test dari kelompok latihan dumbbell kickbacks dan kelompok latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions dan latihan dumbbell kickbacks lebih baik dibanding latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions.Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Ada Perbedaan signifikan antara latihan dumbbell kickbacks dengan latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extension terhadap kemampuan backhand lob. (2) Latihan dumbbell kickbacks lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions terhadap kemampuan backhand lob.
Exercise dumbbell kickbacks and exercise one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions are variations of weight training that aims to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Problems in this study were 1) whether there is a difference between exercise dumbbell kickbacks one-arm and overhead dumbbell extensions to the ability backhand lob ?, 2) Which is better between exercise dumbbell kickbacks to exercise a one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions to the ability backhand lob ?. Methods of research using experimental methods. The population is around the player PB Sehat Semarang with sample 12 beginner level players. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using t-test. Variables that were examined in this study there are 2 kinds of exercise dumbbell kickbacks and exercise one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions as independent variables and the dependent variable is the ability backhand lob. This study exhibit the average post-test results backhand lob ability of group exercise with dumbbell kickbacks 31.83 value, including good value category and group exercises one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions with a value of 30, including the category of value to both generate value t = 2.602, meaning t> t table is 2.602> 2.571 with α = 5% and dk 5. It can be concluded that there are significant differences between the data post-test of group exercises and group exercises dumbbell kickbacks one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions and exercise dumbbell kickbacks more better than a one-arm exercises overhead dumbbell extensions. The conclusions of this research are (1) There is a significant difference between the exercise dumbbell kickbacks to exercise a one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions to the ability backhand lob. (2) Exercise dumbbell kickbacks better than the exercise of one-arm overhead dumbbell extensions to the ability backhand lob.
