Implementasi Strategi Station Teaching dalam Pembelajaran Gerak Lempar Tangkap Bola

Muara dari setiap proses pembelajaran adalah hasil belajar. Standar pencapaian
hasil belajar ditentukan berdasarkan ketuntasan dan daya serap.
Penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak lempar tangkap bola
melalui penerapan stategi station teaching ini dilakukan kepada siswa kelas
1 di MI Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak Mranggen Demak pada semester genap
tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 33 siswa, terdiri
19 putra dan 14 putri. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan
kelas. Teknik perolehan data didapat melalui instrumen non-tes menggunakan
alat lembar pengamatan (observasi) berbentuk check list. Data penelitian
tiap siklus yang dikumpulkan dari tiap kegiatan observasi, dianalisis
secara diskriptif-reflektif. Sedangkan data penelitian antar siklus dianalisis
secara diskriptif kuantitatif komparatif, yaitu membandingkan hasil belajar
kondisi awal (pra tindakan), hasil belajar setelah tindakan siklus 1, dan
hasil belajar setelah tindakan siklus 2, kemudian dilanjutkan refleksi, membuat
ulasan berdasar simpulan analisis, dan menentukan tindak lanjut. Berdasarkan
fakta empirik hasil tindakan yang telah dianalisis secara diskriptif
kuantitatif komparatif, diperoleh simpulan bahwa “Penerapan strategi station
teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak lempar tangkap bola
bagi siswa kelas I di MI Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak Mranggen Demak pada
semester genap tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 sebesar 38% untuk tingkat ketuntasan
belajar dan sebesar 11% untuk daya serap.
Abstract
Estuary from every study process is learning result. Standard achievement of learning result
is determined based on complete and absorpsion. This research addressed to increase result of
motion learning throws catching ball through applying station teaching strategy. Research
done to grade one student of MI Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak Mranggen Demak at even semester
of school year 2011/2012. Subject 33 students, consisted of 19 male students and 14 female
students. Research method applied is action research of class. Data acquisition technique
is done by through non-test instrument ( observation) using check list form. Research data
every cycle collected from every observation activity, analysed in discriptive-reflective. Data
between cycles is analysed in quantitative diskriptif of comparability, that is comparing result
of initial condition learning (pre action), result of learning after action of cycle 1, and result
of learning after action of cycle 2. Then continued by reflection, makes review based on node,
and determines follow-up. Based on empiric data of action result which has been analysed and
compared in quantitative discriptive, obtained node that “ Applying of station teaching strategy
can increase result of motion learning to throw and catching ball for grade one student of
MI Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak Mranggen Demak at even semester of school year 2011/2012
is 38% for level of complete learnt and 11% for absorpsion
