Penilitian menghasilkan produk model pengembangan permainan sepakbola 3 gawang 3 regu dalam penjasorkes pada siswa kelas V SDN Curug 01 Pangkah Tegal 2012. Langkah metode pengembangan berbasis penelitian (research-based development) 1) Melakukan penelitian pendahuluan dan mengumpulkan informasi termasuk observasi lapangan dan kajian pustaka, 2) Mengembangkan produk awal yang berupa peraturan permainan sepak bola 3 gawang 3 regu, 3) Evaluasi para ahli dengan menggunakan satu ahli penjas dan dua ahli pembelajaran serta uji coba skala kecil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan konsultasi serta evaluasi yang kemudian dianalisis, 4) Revisi produk pertama, revisi produk berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ahli dan uji kelompok kecil. Revisi digukanan sebagai perbaikan terhadap produk awal yang dibuat oleh peneliti, 5) Uji skala besar, 6) Revisi produk akhir yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji skala besar, dan 7) Hasil akhir model modifikasi permainansepakbola 3 gawang 3 regu dalam penjasorkes pada siswa kelas V SDN Curug 01 Pangkah Tegal 2012 dihasilkan melalui revisi uji skala besar. Hasil uji coba diperoleh dari ahli penjas 88,33% (baik), ahli pembelajaran I 81,66% (baik), ahli pembelajaran II 86,66% (baik), uji coba kelompok kecil 83,77% (baik), uji lapangan 85,80% (baik). Pengembangan permainan sepakbola 3 gawang 3 regu dapat digunakan pada siswa SD Negeri Curug01Pangkah Tegal dan siswa SD pada umumnya. Diharapkan guru Penjasorkes di SD dapat mengembangkan model permainan sepakbola 3 gawang 3 regu dalam pembelajaran.

This study aimed to produce a model of the development of football in the form of three goal third team physical education in class V SDN Curug 01 Pangkah Tegal 2012. The steps of a research-based development were: 1) Conduct preliminary research and collect information, including field observations and literature review, 2) Develop the initial productin the form of regulation soccer teams 3 goal 3 teams, 3)Evaluate the experts by using the experts and two experts physical education learning and small-scale trials using questionnaires and consultation and evaluation which is then analyzed, 4) the first product revision, the revision of the product based on the results of expert evaluation and test small groups. This revision be used as an improvement to the initial product made by researchers, 5) large-scale test, 6) Revision of the final product based on the results of large-scale test, and 7) The late model modified soccer teams 3 goal 3 squads physical education in class V SDN Curug 01 Pangkah Tegal 2012 revision generated through large-scale test. The obtained data from physical education expert evaluation, expert physical education 88.33% (excellent), a study I 81.66% (excellent), a learning II 86.66% (excellent), test small group of 83.77% (excellent), field test 85.80% (excellent). The model of the game of football through the development of the game of football teams 3 goal 3 can be used on elementary school students Curug 01 Pangkah Tegal. The model of football development squads 3 goal 3 can be used for elementary school. Elementary physical education teachers can develop a model of the football game 3 goal 3 teams in learning.
