PENGGUNAAN PETA BELAJAR ALAM MATERI EKOSISTEM DI HUTAN JATI SUMBER
Abstract
This research aimed to determine the correlation of the application of science learning map at the Tectona grandis Forest, Sumber Rembang, to student learning achievement on Ecosytem. This study was a Pre Experimental Design with One Shot Case Study Design which involved 68 students from grade VIIC and VIID at SMP Negeri 1 Sumber. Sample was collected by a convenient sampling technique. The activity scores of using science learning map were collected with the observation sheets. Test was used to collect data of student learning achievement. Data were quantitatively analyzed to determine the correlation of the use of science learning map to students learning results, using correlation analysis and linear regression, the significance by t-test (sig. value =0.05). Research findings showed the use of science learning map was correlated to a (rxy=0,725) students’s learning achievement on Ecosystem, and had eventually brought significant effect (r2 = 52,64%) on student learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan penggunaan peta belajar alam kawasan hutan jati Sumber, Kabupaten Rembang, terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi Ekosistem. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Experimental Design dengan pola One Shot Case Study yang diterapkan kepada 68 siswa dari siswa kelas VIIC dan VIID di SMP Negeri 1 Sumber. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenient sampling. Nilai aktivitas penggunaan peta belajar alam diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan observer dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, sedangkan nilai penguasaan materi Ekosistem diperoleh dari skor kegiatan analisis peristiwa Ekosistem kawasan hutan Sumber dan skor post-test. Data-data tersebut dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Uji hubungan antara penggunaan peta belajar alam dengan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi linear, sedangkan untuk menguji signifikansi digunakan analisis uji t (nilai signifikansi =0,05). Hasil uji penelitian membuktikan bahwa penggunaan peta belajar alam memiliki hubungan kuat (rxy = 0,725) dan berpengaruh signifikan (r2 = 52,64%) terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi Ekosistem.
