KEEFEKTIFAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DENGAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING “THIPAS” DIKEMAS DALAM CD INTERAKTIF PADA MATERI PECAHAN KELAS IV
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran dengan model cooperative learning Thipas yang dikemas dalam CD interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada materi pecahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, dengan populasi siswa kelas IV SDN Petompon 5, 6, 7 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2008/2009, dan sebagai sampel diambil dua kelas secara acak, satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen (diberi pembelajaran dengan model cooperative learning THIPAS yang dikemas dalam CD interaktif), dan satu kelas lainnya sebagai kelas kontrol (model ekspositori). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis independent sample t-tes, analisis compare means one way anova dengan uji lanjut metode scheffe, dan analisis compare means one sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen secara individual telah memenuhi KKM yakni 65%, dan pencapaian rata-rata klasikal sebesar 68,97%, (2) aktivitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sebesar 13,8%, (3) keterampilan proses siswa pada kelas eksperimen berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sebesar 27,5% dan (4) hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen mencapai rata-rata nilai hasil belajar sebesar 68,97 lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang hanya sebesar 66,75. Dengan demikian kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik, pembelajaran matematika dengan model cooperative learning Thipas yang dikemas dalam CD interaktif adalah efektif pada pembelajaran materi pecahan di kelas IV. Abstract
This study aims to know the effectiveness of learning by cooperative learning Thipas model which is presented on interactive CD toward the students’ learning result of IV grade on subject matter of fraction. This study is experimental research, with the students population of IV grader taken in SDN Petompon 5, 6, 7 Semarang academic year 2008/2009, and as the sample taken from two classes randomly, one class as the experiment group (treated the learning using cooperative learning THIPAS model presented in interactive CD), and another class as the control group (expository model). The data of the research is analyzed according to the purpose of the research using regression analysis, independent sample t-test analysis, compare means one way anova analysis with the further test of schejje method, and compare means one sample t-test analysis. The result of the research shows (1) the students’ learning result on experiment class have individually achieved the KKM of 65%, and collective average achievement is 68,87%, (2) the students’ activity in experiment class positively influences the students’ learning result, as many as 13,8%, (3) the students’ ability process in experiment class positively influences the students’ learning result, as many as 27%, and (4) the students’ learning result in experiment class has reached average score of 68,97, higher than the average score of control class which is only 66,75. Hence, the experiment class is performing better than control class. In conclusion, the mathematic learning using cooperative learning Thipas model which is presented on interactive CD is effective toward the students’ learning result of IV grade.
