Abstrak.

Work-Based Learning (WBL) merupakan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan materi ke dalam dunia kerja. Dalam penelitian ini pembelajaran tersebut dikembangkan dengan memasukkan pendidikan entrepreneurship yang menjadi solusi alternatif permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada Research and Development (R&D) dengan melibatkan 45 peserta didik SMK Nusa Bangsa. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah silabus, RPP, buku peserta didik, LKPD dan TPBM. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode tes, dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian tersebut diantaranya perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid; respon peserta didik dan guru dalam kategori baik terhadap pembelajaran; dan ketuntasan individual yang menggunakan model WBL bermuatan entrepreneurship melebihi 75%. Selain itu nilai-nilai entrepreneurship dan keterampilan proses secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 93,7%, dan prestasi belajar kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata sebesar 75,72 lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol sebesar 69,75.

 

Abstract.

Work-Based Learning (WBL) is a Learning which integrates the Lesson towards the world of work. The learning in this research developed by entering the entrepreneurship education become an alternative solution of the educational problems in Indonesia, considering that the number of poverty in Indonesia is quite high, reaching about 9,4 million people at 2008. The research design refers to Research and Development (R&D) which involves 45 students of Nusa Bangsa Vocational School. Learning equipment which has been developed are syllabus, Lesson Plan, the students’ text books, LKPD and TPBM. While the data collecting technique is by using test method, documentation, observation, and questionnaire. The result of research are the developed learning equipments are valid, responses of students and teachers in both categories of learning, individual completeness that joined WBL model contented Entrepreneurship exceed 75%; in addition entrepreneurship values and skill process positively affected towards the learning achievement by 93,7% simultaneously; and the students’ learning achievement of experimental class with the average of 75,72 is better than that of controlled class by 69,75.
