This article examines the pivot of dakwah within the Muhammadiyah Tegalweru Branch in Malang Regency. The main focus and urgency of this legal service is to provide education and guidance to dakwah practitioners and activists (especially for the Muhammadiyah Tegalweru Branch cadre) to enable them to use digital media effectively and in accordance with the provisions of applicable cyber law in Indonesia. In this assistance, participants gained an understanding of the ethics of dakwah on social media and of legal regulations related to hate speech, hoaxes, and other digital violations. The method of implementing this service is through socialization and assistance for digital dakwah at PRM Tegalweru, based on cyber law, with particular attention to the provisions in the IET Law, the PDP Law, and the Criminal Code. The goal of this legal service is to create dakwah activities that are creative, up-to-date, unique, safe, responsible, and relevant to the development of today's information technology. This study contributes by developing a cyber law-based digital dakwah assistance model that enhances legal awareness and digital literacy among grassroots religious communities.
